Richard Taggert Tavish aka Tag
Species: Mongoose
Gender: Male
Hair/Fur: Reddish Brown
Height: 5'8''
While he was away at a skateboarding competition Anthony Serapenti, the self-proclaimed Cobra Don, burned down Taggert's apartment building, killing his adoptive parents. Tag's adoptive father had refused to accept money to intentionally botch a delicate surgery on one of Serapenti's enemies. The Cobra Don saw it as an opportunity to send a message while also framing his rival Blake Hughes, and discourage Blake's further expansion into New York City. After finding out about the incident, Blake felt responsible and arranged to formally take in the young mongoose as his ward.
Despite the tragedy, Tag bounced back. He continued his interest in extreme sports, but also became well known as a pro gamer (pretty sure he was big in that WallUp game), and a social media influencer - calling his fandom the Mongoose Empire. In just several years, he managed to become as well known as Blake Hughes.
There would be reasons to consider Taggert for WILD, his physical skills are impressive and he seems to have a full immunity to toxins and poisons (Faust seems to like to exaggerate animals' innate abilities like that). On the other hand, he is still young, impulsive, and distracted by his other endeavors. Blake might very well dissuade it, as well. Perhaps someday. Especially if there is an opportunity to bring down Serapenti.
