Noah Beauregard Grandeaux

Species: River Otter

Gender: Male

Hair/Fur: Brown

Height: 5'10''

Born in the Pacific Northwest, but raised in New Orleans. His adoptive parents Wade and Wava were well known and influential in the Crescent City. Owners of the Fine Island Bayou Sauce hot sauce company, philanthropists, and general local legends. Noah and his sister were heirs to that legacy, a legacy to had to accept sooner than expected when a hurricane flood killed Wade and Wava.

Noah was left in charge of the company when his sister expressed no interest in running a business. He wasn't very interested in it, either, but had little choice in the matter. His true love was in playing games, an avid gambler since he was a pup. So, he used some of the profits from the hot sauce company and his inheritance to build his own gaming empire on the side.

His first place, his flagship, was the Lucky Gator, a riverboat casino on the Mississippi. More recently, he struck a deal with Blake Hughes to construct a new casino called the Golden Grotto in the Red Orchid complex here in Fort Dragon.

Noah could have some potential for WILD. He is in good shape, of course an excellent swimmer and, as a result of therid enhancement, can remain underwater much longer than he should be able to (we do not have a recorded upper limit on this ability). Personally, however, he does not seem like the heroic type. He's a playboy party animal who puts play above all else. Someone who sees everything as a game of chance and takes risks just for the thrill of it, that doesn't really make a great team member. Still, people can change, maybe someday he'll prove himself to be more.

Ophelia Josephine Grandeaux

Species: River Otter

Gender: Female

Hair/Fur: Brown

Height: 5'9''

We have therids with adoptive siblings, but this is the only known case of biological siblings both becoming siblings. There is not much more to add, her origins overlap with Noah's, of course.

Instead of taking over the company, following their parents' death, she assumed more of the social role of their legacy, while also pursuing a career in music.

Ophelia would be a much better potential choice for WILD. She has the same physical abilities as her brother, but she is much more grounded (for lack of a better word). She is affable and kind. It is possible, however, she might not enjoy the violence this sort of career sometimes requires. But, if we absolutely do need an otter, she is the better Grandeaux for the job. And, since moving to Fort Dragon, her and Adam have become good friends. That could help.
